Exchange & Refund Policy (Updated April 02, 2017)
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
Our policy lasts 14 calendar days of the receipt of your order. If 14 calendar days have gone by since the delivery; unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To initiate your return(s), we require a receipt or proof of purchase; in other words, you must provide such receipt or proof of purchase as the order # and the returning product's SKU(s) as well as your full name (first & last name).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all parts/accessories if any. No partial returns will be accepted. All shipping costs for merchandise authorized by us to be returned shall be at the customer's expense. Depending on each and every product, returns may or may not require an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) that is good for 14 calendar days. No returns will be accepted without an RMA# if required.
If your final product(s) arrives and you believe it is missing parts/accessories or different from what you signed off on or any problems whatsoever with the received item(s), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will review the complete order with an internal investigation and determine if your instance qualifies for an order reproduction.
The following type(s) of goods is/are absolutely exempt from being returned:
- Any item that is not in their original condition as received is opened, damaged, showing signs of use, or missing parts/accessories for reasons not due to our error.
EXCEPTIONS: The case is very rare that if you receive defective, damaged or wrong items, or if your order is short shipped, we will ship to you replacements and/or missing items if stocks are still available, otherwise a full credit for the product cost will be issued. Due to our error, we will absorb the full return shipping cost.
If you opt to return undamaged or non-defective products due to buyer remorse, you will be responsible for a 50% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of your returns we received.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain/reasonable amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not received a refund yet after a certain/reasonable amount of days, first check your bank account again, then contact the company concerned. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
We will provide you the address for you to send your returns to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items unless it is our error. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returns.
